Valley Wide Pride Fest Vendors

Join us at Valley Wide Pride Fest and connect with over 1.500 attendees in a vibrant celebration of diversity, inclusion, and community! As a vendor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your products, services, or organization while supporting LGBTQ+ pride and visibility. Whether you're selling handmade goods, promoting a cause, or serving up delicious food, this is a fantastic way to engage with a welcoming and enthusiastic audience.

Vendor Details:

• Cost: $50 per 10’ x 10’ booth

• Food Trucks: Must be licensed in the City of Hudson

• Insurance: All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Vendor Application & Selection Process

All vendors must apply for an initial review by Hudson Pride Co. before securing a spot at the festival. This process ensures a diverse and inclusive marketplace that aligns with our mission to celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community.

• Review Process – Our team will evaluate applications to ensure a good fit for the event.

• Invitation to Register – Selected vendors will receive an official invitation to register and pay for their booth space.
